CONDITION REPORT:
The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

The case has light scratches and small nicks throughout. The case appears to have been lightly polished. The numbers are visible between the lugs. The edges of the underside of the lugs have some small nicks. The back of the lugs show signs of wear and evidence of the bracelet. The case back has scratches throughout. The inside of the case back has watchmaker's marks. The inside of the case is stamped "1501" and "II.71," indicating its production in the second quarter of 1971. The crystal is chipped from 12 to 2 o'clock, cracked near 3 o'clock, and has small chips from 9 to 10 o'clock. The dial and hands appear to be original. The luminous plots at the hour markers have slightly darkened with age and the plot at 2 o'clock is partially lost. The dial is mostly evenly yellowed with brown spotting throughout. The hands have developed patina and the luminous material in them has darkened. The rotor has spotting. The crown is slightly loose when unscrewed. The date changes as the hands pass midnight. The movement is in working order at the time of cataloging, consistent with the age of the watch. The movement has not been tested for accuracy. A service is recommended given the age of the watch.
