Brass screw-on pommel, cross guard and ferrule with a catch button, plastic mother-of-pearl-style handle, straight diamond cut blade with serial number on the ricasso "1030" Brass gilt scabbard with the Socialist Republic of Romania coat-of-arms (1965-1989), the throat is secured firmly in place with two screws, two oak-leaves-shaped bands with rings.
