Auf der Unterseite grüne Stempelmarke „Rosenthal GERMANY“ mit Krone und Punkten, handschriftlich in Grün bezeichnet „Handgemalt“ mit Malerinitialen „K.F.“ sowie Dekornummer „7000“. Seitlich schwach eingepresste Modellnummer „1588“. Am Sockelrand vertieft signiert „F. HEIDENREICH“. H: 14,5 cm. Minimaler beriebener Golddekor, ansonsten makelloser Zustand.

Design: Fritz Heidenreich (1895–1966), probably circa 1935–1940. Rosenthal, Selb, Art Department. Porcelain, white, softly tinted and decorated in delicate shades of green and yellow. Sparse, partly glossy gold decoration. A nude boy putto sits on a sculpted leaf-shaped pedestal, his gaze intently fixed on a gilded insect perched on a flower. On the underside, a green stamped mark reading “Rosenthal GERMANY” with a crown and dots; handwritten in green: “Handgemalt” (hand-painted) with the painter’s initials “K.F.” and the decoration number “7000.” The model number “1588” is faintly impressed on the side. Signed “F. HEIDENREICH” in a recessed area on the edge of the base. H: 14.5 cm. Minimal wear on the gold decoration; otherwise in immaculate condition.
