The pendant is adorned with a relief image of Mother of God, encrusted with a gemstone, and covered with a Guilloche enamel in an emerald green shade. The case is decorated with an engraved foliage motif. Marked with a standard Russian Silver hallmark and other Cyrillic and Assay marks, on a loop. Weight 6.7 grams.
