Minor creasing to the paper above the veiled female figure. Very minor surface wear throughout, particularly in the form of slight rubbing and some surface loss to the painted decoration. Some heavier wear and very minor staining/ damage to the edges of the paper on the parts hidden by the mat. Remnants of tape from earlier framing on the back of the paper. Purchased from Doris Wiener Gallery in 1969; then by family descent to the current owner.
