Clement Waltham was the son of Charlton and Susannah Waltham. Charlton Waltham was a Signer, Association of Freeman, in 1775, Gunpowder Neck, and a Signer, Oath of Allegiance to Maryland in 1778. Clement, a merchant, married Alisanna Webster (1778-1858) of Harford County in 1801. His death date is not recorded.
