Raquel Welch | Barbed Wire Mermaid Gown Sculpture
A wirework sculpture of an hourglass female form "wearing" a mermaid gown, supported on a silvered wood pedestal. This artwork, composed of miniature barbed wire, was a personal favorite of Welch's. She displayed it prominently in the foyers of both her former home on Hutton Drive and her final residence on Beverly Glen Circle.
In 2018, the editors of Vogue voted Raquel Welch as the greatest hourglass figure of all time.
