Blue amber reportedly is found mostly in Palo Quemado mine south from La Cumbre in the Dominican Republic. The present offering is a large palm sized specimen, which could even be mounted as a large pendant. The specimen displays a bright blue color even when viewed under natural room light. The plant debris seen in the interior is typical for this locality. Weighing approximately 52.6 grams and measuring 3 1/4 x 2 x 3/4 in
