Rare Georgian Knitwear, 1780-1820
A pair of cream knit silk gloves and one blue knit bag. The knit gloves feature a stripped pattern with a wide cuff. The blue knit bag is long and narrow and has a drawstring handle.
Condition:
The gloves are are in poor condition, with numerous holes and repairs and are sold as an example of fine knitting from this period. The bag is in overall good condition with wear consistent with age. The blue bag is stable enough to be carried.

Length from tip of middle finger to cuff: 8"
BAG
Length of bag, including tassel: 9"
Diameter of bag: 2"
