Rare J. Hoare Richelieu Cut Glass Footed Decanter

American Brilliant cut glass footed decanter. Cut in the rare Richelieu pattern by the J. Hoare Glass Co. This design has lovely swirled tusks. The neck is fluted and notched. Has a lapidary stopper and a wafer foot cut with a rayed star on the bottom. Ca. 1900
