A wonderful antique Victorian solid Silver Gilt Travelling Case with a Perfume / Scent Bottle in one end (glass lined). The lid of the Scent Bottle has a screw top lid which has a hinged upper compartment revealing a small compartment with space for a small photograph. The other side has vinaigrette with a beautifully pierced grill. The side of the Case has a hinged lid covering a small compartment.
Made in London in 1865 by Thomas Johnson.
Signed/Inscribed: One Side Full English Hallmarks, part marks on other side and body.
This Travel Case is in excellent condition with no damage.
