Condition Report:
This work is in very good condition overall. Occasional surface and edges irregularities are consistent with the artist's chosen medium and method of execution. Upon close inspection, there is minor loss of grouting in isolated areas throughout. There are hairline cracks on the left overlap edge on the fifth tile from the top and the sixth tile from the bottom. These areas fluoresce slightly under ultraviolet light, evidence of minor conservation confirmed to have been instructed by the artist. Unframed.
