Rare real estate promotional flyer for the neighborhood bounded by Manila Avenue and Desmond Street. The blueprint map is titled "Sylvan Crest Tract, being a Subdivision of Lot 10 Plot 12 of V. & D. Peralta's Ranchios [sic] the Skilling Co. General Agents Berkeley Calif." Most of the plots have the buyers'/owners' names inked or penciled in; it has been folded. One copy of the flyer is listed in OCLC (at Yale); there are no copies of the blueprint map listed.
Condition Report: Minor wear; both very good.
