Monotype print in oils with hand-painted overpainting by the artist in oils, on two overlapping sheets of paper laid down on panel. (1911). Frame inner dimensions ca. 117.5 x 88.5 cm. Signed upper right. Verso: Madonna of Positano. Tempera over pencil on panel. (Around 1924). The present work is a prototype for several mirrored versions in monotype. Firmly mounted in the frame. Not examined out of the frame.
