Important reliquary from the late 18th century, Spain, Carlos IV period. 8 important relics of first class ex ossibus are guarded with central Agnus Dei possibly of Pope Pius VI. Polychromy in blue tones with marbling and white, Base added later with polychromatic restorations. Body of the reliquary is complete and in good conditions, never open. Possibly with seals inside, under the cardboard. The piece measures 51 x 27 x 13 cm List of the relics: Four of St George Four of Martyrs of Zaragoza. About the Martyrs of Zaragoza: the oldest historical source that it has is the Peristephanon of Prudencio, which recounts the torture of Santa Engracia and her 18 companions. From Prudencio depends one Passio, lost, and from this, another attributed to Braulio de Zaragoza. It also has a source value a Mozarabic Mass attributed to Eugenio de Toledo. They were called: Optato, Luperco, Suceso, Marcial, Urbano, Julio, Quintiliano Publio, Frontonio , Felix, Ceciliano, Evodio, Primitivo, Apodemio, and four more called Saturnine. *Due to its fragility, it will only be sent within the UE.
