Fine wooden board from the ceiling of a palace in Brescia.
. In the centre there is the Lion of Saint Mark, symbol of the Venice Republic (of which Brescia was part) inscribed in a structure according to the model used in the area between the end of the 15th and the first half of the 16th century.
. There are preservative restorations, in general the colours are slightly dull, it is possible to brighten them up with a fixative varnish. Overall, considering its age, the board is in good condition.
