Renault - R6 - 1985

From the outside rather modest, inconspicuous, from the inside modern already a little futuristic compared to the R4. With its significantly improved handling, comfort, reliability and economy, coupled with the variable space available, the R6 quickly became my favourite. The fact that with this car I suddenly had retractable windows instead of sliding windows and automatic belts, I felt as improvement. The seating still has the first upholstery. However, a new upholstery and renewal of the covers would be good for the car. I have always taken cared about the car and therefore it is still fully suitable for everyday use even after 35 years. The GTL version in particular allows it to keep up with today's traffic. The registration as classic car is throughout Europe is possible. There are several small bumps in the metal sheet. The car, especially the sills, jacks and underbody are very healthy thanks to that the car never has never seen bad weather. The exhaust system was recently renewed, as well as the spark plugs, contacts and oils. A classic radio with cassette part is built in with good sounding speakers. An electrically amplified antenna was installed for good reception. The interior lining of the driver's door is worn out. The spare parts supply is good throughout Europe, many original new parts are available at low prices. Already in the last 10 years the car was used only as hobby vehicle and frequently for trips to classic car events. Several valuation reports available. The vehicle is as far as possible original. The car has a registration, received two month ago new Spanish MOT and can be picked up or shipped. The car can be viewed and picked up in Malaga, Spain.
