Designed as a pomegranate centering a hexagonal amethyst within a surround of circular-cut peridots, unsigned, partial maker's mark for Robert Davière, French assay marks for gold, fitted case stamped René Boivin.

Accompanied by René Boivin certificate of authenticity no. 202403PYA, dated 22 March 2024, stating that the jewel was created by René Boivin circa 1950 after a drawing by Juliette Moutard.

Unsigned. Partial maker's mark for Robert Davière, 15 rue des Meuniers, Epinay-sur-Orge. French assay marks for 18 carat gold. Amethyst estimated to weigh approximately 140.00 - 180.00 carats, lively purple of strong saturation, mostly eye-clean, colour zoning, minor nicks, scratches and surface abrasions. Peridots estimated to weigh a total of approximately 20.00 - 24.00 carats, slightly yellowish green of medium to light saturation, slightly included, chips, nicks, pronounced abrasions to the facet junctions. Scuffs and scratches consistent with age and wear, evidence of soldering on the reverse. In good condition. Measuring approximately 60 x 50mm. Gross weight approximately 68 grams. Accompanied by a fitted case stamped René Boivin Joaillier 4. Avenue de l'Opéra PARIS.
