Comprising: a necklace, the front designed as a foliate fringe set with oval and circular-cut sapphires, accented by single-cut diamonds, on a snake-link chain, length approximately 390mm, can be shortened for wear as a bracelet, length approximately 175mm; and a pair of pendent ear clips of similar design; each unsigned, maker's marks for René Boivin, French assay marks for gold.

Accompanied by René Boivin certificate of authenticity no. 202403PYP and no. 202403PYY, dated 22 March 2024, stating that the jewels were created by René Boivin circa 1955 after a drawing by Juliette Moutard.

together with a Françoise Cailles letter of authenticity, dated 15 December 2015, stating that the jewels were created by René Boivin in 1947.

Each unsigned. Maker's marks for René Boivin. French assay marks for 18 carat gold. Sapphires estimated to weigh a total of approximately 23.00 - 25.00 carats, violetish blue of medium saturation, moderately included, colour zoning to some examples, some surface reaching inclusions, fingerprints, crystals, cavities, chips and nicks. Diamonds estimated to weigh a total of approximately 1.00 - 1.40 carats, on average H-I colour, VS clarity, as gauged and graded in the mount. Scratches to the metal consistent with age and wear. In good condition. Ear clips measuring approximately 45mm. Total gross weight approximately 83 grams.
