when acquired by the family of the present owner
Condition report:
Oil on canvas which has not been lined. The canvas tension is good and the picture is generally in plane with minor undulations at the very edges. The reverse of the canvas has a thick build up of dust present. The paint layer is in stable, there is some minor cracking near the edges of the work. The painting has a thin, locally applied varnish creating a semi-matte surface.
