Ladies Retro 18K Yellow Gold, Diamond, and Ruby Bracelet Wristwatch, c1940. The watch features 14 single-cut diamonds and two rectangular rubies set in white gold. Marked: 18K. The bracelet has a spring-loaded cuff with a safety chain. The Swiss works are manual wind and marked 21 jewels and in running order. Bracelet expands from 2''-3.5''. Nice patina.
