Reversible Patchwork Floral Quilt

55 x 69 inches. A double-sided, hand-quilted patchwork quilt constructed from cotton and cotton-blend fabrics. The primary side features a floral patchwork design utilizing a diverse array of printed textiles. These include large-scale Victorian-style roses, hydrangeas, and various wildflowers in shades of pink, blue, cream, and brown. The center panel incorporates novelty prints depicting fawns, watermelons, barns, and stylized letters, including "R" and "K" in decorative squares. The quilt is finished with a blue lower border featuring a cream-colored scrolling filigree pattern and a floral top border in a paisley and rose motif. The reverse side features a brick or bar pattern composed of vertical columns of rectangular fabric scraps in a varied palette including navy blue, brown, burgundy, teal, and cream. The construction is characterized by small, hand-stitched running lines that follow the patchwork grid and provide texture to the surface.
