The Bawden's family home, Brick House, where they lived for over 40 years, can been viewed in the distance. The playful scene is observed by some curious cows and also Richard Bawden's ubiquitous cat. The occasion was also witnessed by the local policeman Sergeant Baker who lived in the police station next door to Brick House, and it is said that he was too embarrassed to apprehend them for their lack of bathing attire! Condition Report: Framed: 56.5 x 77cm A very slight dirty mark to the extreme upper right margin. In otherwise good condition and ready to hang.
