Richard Dighton (1795-1880)

Fairly pronounced time staining across the sheet. In addition to consistent varying-sized foxing spots throughout but more apparent within the sky area. Some fading and overall reduction of colour (the red remains reasonable). Surface scuff/abrasion to upper right-hand corner, quantity of thunder fly's trapped beneath glass on mount. General staining and foxing to mount also. Very slight cockle to the sheet, not examined out of the frame.
