Richard Hutten - Table Chair - Limited Edition

This chair was part of the very first Droog Design exhibition in 1993. This item on offer has always been an eye-catcher in a prominent showroom. The Table chair consists of two separate tables. A small table, stool size, to sit on, and a second table, with part cut out of the top to rest the arm and back. This is the first chair ever to consist of two separate parts. Dimensions are: small table / stool: Height 46. 5 cm. seat 39. 5 x 39. 5 cm. Second table for arm and back: Height 74. 5 cm. width 60 cm. depth 58 cm. Equipped with the original aluminum plate of the artist with date and signature. The table chair has normal usage scratches and a slight play in the darkroom connection at the front of the backrest, otherwise in good condition. The Rotterdam designer Richard Hutten is one of the most influential and successful Dutch designers of the moment.
