Outstanding plate/centrepiece in Italian silver, in Baroque Revival style, richly embossed and chiselled. High-quality handmade item, crafted by skilled silversmiths. An elegant item for a classy, luxury home. Silver fineness hallmark: 800. Silversmith hallmark: partially worn and illegible. Silver net weight: 482 grams. Diameter: 29 cm. In good condition. The item has been treated with a special zapon lacquer to protect silver against oxidation over time. This treatment leaves a typical golden colour. A small area of the zapon lacquer on the back side (near the hallmarks) looks quite worn, as shown by pictures. Provenance: from a noble residence in Milan. Tracked shipping via insured mail.
