Magnificent flower ring in 750/18K white gold. The ring head is a dome-shaped flower with an outer wreath of white gold leaves set with diamonds. Another diamond ring with 8 stones is grouped around the center stone, an oval sapphire. Spectacular sapphire/diamond combination in excellent condition.
