A piece of history to touch and wear - an approximately 100 year old Rolco men's watch Military / Tank, probably from the 1930s.

The dimensions of the case are approx. 43x26mm with an 18mm lug.

The watch has a charming patina and was discovered at an antique dealer in England. It was cleaned gently and minimally, with attention to the mechanical hand-wound movement - which with its 15 rubies is currently running well at -1min/day.

A lot can certainly be achieved with cleaning and polishing. Currently a charming piece of history - that is running - but has a lot of potential for refurbishment. The case has no seals and is loosely put together - not waterproof, movement inserted. The complete bracelet is a modern, not contemporary reproduction
