Condition Report:
The movement is in working condition at the time of cataloguing. All functions are working properly. The dial with very light spotting but it is very minor. The lumes have all aged consistently and are all consistent in size. All lumes react well under UV. The insert with surface wear and abrasions throughout, which is consistent with age. The case with good proportions and light surface wear. The numbers between the lugs are crisp and easy to read. The bracelet is from an earlier period and stamped for the second quarter of 1969. The links are a little stretched and with surface wear throughout.

Catalogue Note:
Cosmograph Daytona reference 6263 was the last manual wound produced chronograph by Rolex alongside the reference 6265 and was discontinued in 1988. It was fitted with either a black acrylic bezel or a stainless steel version.

There are variations that make these references more collectible than others and what is appealing about this present watch is the Sigma designation at the bottom of the dial which collectors dubbed 'Sigma'.

The present watch is further elevated due to its appealing overall condition of its dial insert and pushers.
