Swiss. Stainless steel. This vintage Rolex Explorer II Reference 16570 features a stainless-steel case with a fixed stainless-steel bezel engraved with a 24-hour graduation scale. The black dial presents white gold-surrounded hour markers filled with luminous material, a date aperture at 3 o'clock with a Cyclops magnifying lens, and a prominent red GMT hand for tracking a second time zone. Powered by the COSC-certified in-house automatic Calibre 3185 movement with an independently adjustable local hour hand, the watch is fitted to a stainless-steel Oyster bracelet with a folding Oysterlock clasp. Condition
Dial/hands: extremely minor abrasions between 8 and 9 o'clock, visible under magnification. Case/bezel: minor evidence of polishing, with some colour loss from the inlaid bezel numerals. Mechanical: functioning. Bracelet: minor evidence of stretch and scattered surface scratches. Bracelet numbered 78790A with integrated end links. The watch was observed to be running at the time of cataloguing but has not been tested for timekeeping accuracy and may require adjustment.
