Rolex Bubbleback is one of the most versatile models ever produced by the brand: among the many variants of the legendary “bubble back” series, this very nice hooded lugs reference 3065 is probably the most sought after one, standing out for its many details and qualities. The three-body yellow gold case is solid, very well preserved and presents a smooth, concave bezel, screw down back and crown and gold cachet lugs. The mat silver dial has gained a supercool patina which transformed the original color to a light-yellow one and bears luminous dagger and Arabic numerals with outer minutes/seconds division, feuille gold hands and blue hand for constant seconds. Moreover it is also equipped with an Oyster, elastic, riveted bracelet. Slightly below the Oyster Perpetual designation is located the rare signature of the retailer Serpico Y Laino, based in Caracas that between 1925 and 1966 was the ruling seller of prestigious wristwatches on the Venezuelan soil.
