. Our warranty does not cover manufacturing defects of the parent company.
. All our watches leave the laboratory with Test Sub and new gaskets, but we are not responsible for watches left with open crowns or that have undergone other tampering or interventions.
. We always advise our customers to carry out periodic checks in anticipation of using the watch in water.
. We are not responsible for waterproofing vintage watches.
. We remind our customers that watches with "Quick Set" of the date should never change it in the time interval between 22: 00 and 03: 00.
. If the customer decides to activate the guarantee, he must know that:
we are the only watchmakers who can repair the watch.
. Shipment to our laboratories is the responsibility of the customer.
. Repairs are free unless damage or breakage is due to improper use of the watch by the customer. In this case the customer will pay for the repair and return of the shipment.
