Condition Report:
CASE: the case is in good condition, with strong satin finish, thick lugs with intact proportions, well-preserved bezel insert, negligible wear to the caseback milling and crisp hallmarks. The caseback retains the green Rolex sticker, now mostly faded. The bracelet presents minimal stretch to the links. Very minor surface marks are present.
DIAL: the dial is in superb condition with no cracks to the lapis surface, intact and strong graphics save for an extremely minor loss to the base of the f of "1000ft", and no losses to the luminous material which have aged to a slightly off-white hue.
MOVEMENT: the movement is ticking at the time of cataloguing and the date advances when the hands pass midnight. A service for oiling and clening is suggested given the age of the watch.
