[ translate ]

Model: Datejust
Reference: 6305
Case Material: Pink Gold
Bracelet Material: Pink Gold
Year: 1954
Movement: Automatic
Caliber: A.296
Case N°: 997975
Dimensions: 36 mm
Signed: Dial, movement and case

The present reference 6305 is part of the early Datejust models still featuring a narrow stripped bezel that was in production from 1953 until 1956. Extremely charming, its pink gold oyster case seems it has almost never been worn during over 60 years, such as its jubilee bracelet. Important historical testimony, this very watch has been given as a present in 1957 for the 20 years of service of an employee as demonstrated by the engravings on the back: the incredible peculiarity is that these inscriptions are extremely deep and clear, demonstrating that the watch has almost never been worn by the previous owner. Safely conserved in one of the most prestigious Rolex collections, its incredibly high quality makes it one of the nicest and most rare that can be found on the market nowadays. Moreover, to make it even more precious, is the signature on the dial of the famous Venezuelan retailer Serpico Y Laino, active from 1925 to 1966 and known as one of the best watches retailers in the whole South America.

Estimate € 20000 - 40000
