Roman Glass Bead and Other Necklace Group

1st century AD and later. A mixed group of six restrung necklaces comprising: four of ellipsoid haematite beads with central feature beads; one of mixed ellipsoid haematite and oblate glass beads; one of annular and conical glass and carnelian beads with central engraved disc pendant. 99 grams total, 44-48cm (17 1/4 - 19"). Property of a Dutch gentleman; formerly in an old collection formed in the 1970s. [6]
