[ translate ]

Both boast a gorgeous silver and rainbow-hued iridescence that imbues them with a stunning presentation, evocative of the ancient world! Size of largest (both about the same): 1.9" Diameter x 4.3" H (4.8 cm x 10.9 cm)

Provenance: private New York, New York, USA collection; ex-prominent D.K. collection, New York, USA, acquired in the 2000s

All items legal to buy/sell under U.S. Statute covering cultural patrimony Code 2600, CHAPTER 14, and are guaranteed to be as described or your money back.

A Certificate of Authenticity will accompany all winning bids.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to recent increases of shipments being seized by Australian & German customs (even for items with pre-UNESCO provenance), we will no longer ship most antiquities and ancient Chinese art to Australia & Germany. For categories of items that are acceptable to ship to Australia or Germany, please contact us directly or work with your local customs brokerage firm.

Display stands not described as included/custom in the item description are for photography purposes only and will not be included with the item upon shipping.

#169047
Condition Report: Surface fissures to base of one. Otherwise, both are intact and excellent with nice weathering film and lovely iridescence. Each have a rough pontil scar on base. A pontil scar or mark indicates that a vessel was free-blown, while the absence of such a mark suggests that the work was either mold-blown or that the mark was intentionally smoothed away or wore away over time.
