A gold ring with inset intaglio representing two opposing figures, a married couple holding hands on a baseline, the intaglio with inset ribbed border; keeled hoop with expanding shoulders. 5.57 grams, 24.28mm overall, 18.68x13.28mm internal diameter (approximate size British H 1/2, USA 4, Europe 6.81, Japan 6) (1"). Property of a gentleman; acquired in the late 1960s-early 1970s.
