Roman Lead Seal Group

1st-3rd century AD. A group of eight lead seals comprising: four with profile bust; one with a bird holding a snake in its beak; one with a standing figure; one with inscription to both sides and one with an amphora(?) 29 grams total, 13-20mm (1/2 - 3/4"). From an important central London collection formed since the mid 1960s; thence by descent. [8]
