[ translate ]

Roman, Imperial period, ca. 1st to 3rd century CE. A charming hollow-molded ceramic votive figure of a rooster or cockerel, shown here standing proudly upward, with crest and tail erect. Provenance: private New York, New York, USA collection; ex-private UK collection, assembled in the 1980s to 1990s

All items legal to buy/sell under U.S. Statute covering cultural patrimony Code 2600, CHAPTER 14, and are guaranteed to be as described or your money back.

A Certificate of Authenticity will accompany all winning bids.
