I'm glad to hear your knee is alright but sorry to hear about Dottie she'll be in my prayers as you are. All my love to you Hup." In very fine condition. Lydia Hupfer 'Hup' MacArthur was the widow of Pete MacArthur, program director of WOC in Davenport, Iowa. In 1932, MacArthur had given a then 21 year-old Reagan one of his first jobs as a sports announcer. Accompanied by a full letter of authenticity from PSA/DNA.
