Beautiful vintage Rontic Aeronaut with internal rotating bezel and beautiful dial. This men's wristwatch from the '70s is both technically and optically in very good condition. The matte dial has a beautiful spotted patina and has overlaid black hour markers. This black colour can also be found on the hands. There are also red accents, the second hand and the numbers of the rotating bezel, for example. These three colours give the watch a very sporty appearance. The movement can be operated using the crown at three o'clock, and the rotating bezel can be adjusted using the second crown. A beautiful detail! The fully stainless steel case measures 37 mm excluding crown by 43 mm from lug to lug. The case appears to be barely polished, which is why the original facet edges are still very sharp. The caseback is screwed and both crowns are original and signed. The automatic movement ticks behind this screwed caseback. It keeps very accurate time and winds smoothly, both using the crown and through wrist movement. The date function also works properly, as does the operation of the rotating bezel.
