Lamp features decoration of lotus flowers on both the shade and base. The base features leaves in metal overlay, likely completed by Japanese metal worker R. Ito. Impressed manufacturer's mark, date, and number to underside 'Flame mark II 395XZ' with incised signature 'ECL'.

Condition Report: A few very short scratches to original patina. Tight hairline through drill-hole on underside. Old repair to replaced sockets. Some paint loss to finial. Original shade with a few discreet patches.
