A Rose Gold Quarter Repeater Chronograph Keyless Lever Full Hunter Pocket Watch C1900
Dial: The excellent white enamel dial with Roman Numerals outer minute track and an early tachograph configuration with Louis XVI style hour and minute hands and an unusual and rare chronograph centre seconds hand looking like the watch was made for the far eastern market.
Case: The heavy 18ct rose gold full hunter case with plain front and back covers. The inner cover is engraved with the full description of the movement with the repeater slide and chronograph button on the side of the case. The case is fully numbered and Swiss hallmarked.
Movement: The Nickel finished fully jewelled movement with compensation balance, Breguet overcoil hairspring and chronograph mechanism on the backplate. The Medals of Honour won are also on the backplate, which is also quite interesting to see.
This is a fine example of a Swiss Repeating pocket watch with an unusual dial and an unusual chronograph hand. It would make an excellent addition to ones collection
