An early Victorian brass inlaid rosewood traveling box, the cover with engraved initials to cartouche opening to reveal fitted interior, with silver-gilt mounts by George Reid, London 1839, to include scent bottles, pin pots, ink well and sander, all with feather scroll engraving and monograms, the lid compartment opening to reveal a part filled gentleman's vanity set, the box 28 x 20 x 10cms.
