Rover - Mini Knightsbridge Mk7 MPI 1275 - 2000

Mini Knightsbridge Mpi XN AZ 01R from 21/03/2000 (last models built by Rover) . The car has been fully refurbished in terms of mechanics, engine, interior, capote and wheels. The body shows some defects due to incompetent mechanics who caused the front part on driver’s and passenger’s side to bend inwards. Despite this, the bottom is good. As you can see from the pictures, the car shows some tiny rusty spots to repair. The vehicle has been completely disassembled and fitted with all new mechanical parts, also in the engine. The capote has been fully redone as per pictures. The car set-up is fully adjustable in camber, height, incision, etc. From 01/06/2019 on, rubber swabs and suspension were replaced (the car was made completely new and comfortable for road driving) . Complete maninflow exhaust purchased at minispares. Sports air filter fitted on 20/06/2019. A lot of work has been done on mechanics and engine. The engine has a fully new clutch kit and shaft with all its piston rings series. Pistons are still the original ones. The gearbox has been completely overhauled and tuned, as well as the differential and other new parts. Mechanic-wise, the car shows no defect. It is great. The registration document has been recently remade because the old number plate was not readable and that caused problems during the last inspection as a new frame number had to be assigned. The plate is original. Inspection valid until 30/04/2021. Wheels are not approved (as per documents for this car which mounts 165/70/12 tyres) . In case of issues for the buyer, I still have the original tyres. Fully new interior, walnut root wood dashboard. All parts are in working order (sunroof too) . From last inspection, the car reads 131,000 km but the engine is new (2 months old) and has driven only 5,000 km. The body only shows a few small spots to redo as the front bottom (they would just need hammering and a coat of specific product for bottoms) ; near the right front wheel arch, the body has opened a little because of driving on a faulty road 1 year ago with old wheels and old swabs that I had; the right front door shows little rust that is reaching the bottom of the door; a small rust blister is showing off on the driver’s side; little rust is visible under the trunk, on the right side; under the front right wheel arch there is a bit of rust on the bodywork from previous issues with the old wheels. These flaws are estimated to be around €1,000 for repair, but the rest of the car is all new, it drives and never stops besides having any other kind of issue! New front bottom has been already purchased. You just need to have it mounted by a coachbuilder. The car is located in Acri (CH) in Italy.
