Royal Vienna Austria hand painted porcelain plate, early 20th century. A brown ground to the edge with raised gilt foliate decoration with urns. Gilt to the center edge with beaded accents. Hand painted image to the center of a girl holding flowers. Artist signed to the lower edge. Underside with Royal Vienna beehive mark as well as incised marks.
