Royal Vienna porcelain portrait plate of Queen Louise of Prussia, circa 1900. The painting depicts Queen Louise wearing a white empire dress, and a blue fur coat draping over her right shoulder. Signed "Wagner" to the lower right. The cobalt blue ground rim is fully gilt with beaded and foliate leaf accents. The Royal Vienna beehive mark to the underside base.
