Ruby Cut to Clear Cruet.
Ornate cruet has ruby cut to clear body in a star pattern. The body is housed within a pewter frame with scrolls and flowers, as well as the head of satyr. The frame is finished with a pewter handle with eagle's head. The original stopper has open work scrolls and a ruby insert. Very good to excellent condition. Provenance: from a New Hampshire estate. Condition: Dimensions: 10 - 1/2" T x 5" W x 2 - 1/4" D.
