Despite this alteration, these vintage earrings feature beautiful mine-cut diamonds ranging from 2.00 mm to 3.00 mm. Additionally, the larger vintage cushion-cut diamonds measure approximately 4.00 mm x 2.00 mm, and the pear-shaped cuts are 4.00 x 3.30 mm. Some rubies show minor abrasions, and two mine-cut diamonds have slight nicks. There are also missing rose-cut diamonds in some places. The larger mine-cut diamonds set into the platinum-topped 14k gold earrings are approximately 4.00 mm each, primarily of SI clarity remaining undamaged within their bezel settings. Each pair is designed for pierced ears. The platinum-topped gold pair shows porosity around its edges under magnification and does not include friction backs.
