Mounting tests as 18 karat gold. The ruby is medium purplish red, heavily included, with some surface-reaching inclusions, cavities and chips, as is typical of cabochons. The emeralds are medium to medium deep, heavily included, with some surface-reaching fractures, cavities, chips and nicks. Diamond weight stated in the catalogue description approximated based on measurements. The diamonds are approximately H-I color, SI clarity. Gross weight approximately 13 dwts.
